Some Day

Something new for Spinal Stenosis

But...it's still going through clinical trials and the closest one is in Santa Monica...

And another article...

It looks like I may have to go to Europe if I want relief.

Hi there........Balboa Hospital....the main building remains. The newest of the old hospital buildings were incorporated into the New Balboa Hospital, which was constructed right behind the old one. The oldest were on land donated to the city which incorporated it into Balboa Park. It's really lovely....as is NTC under it's new guise. The oldest buildings there and the temporary structures from WWII, were torn down. The newer ones were turned into schools and churches. The oldest buildings are almost all restored now, and once again looking good and being a part of the neighborhood. It's been a good reuse of unwanted property.

Nice to meet you.......sorry you aren't doing so well. I'll read more now.....

Thanks for the follow up info. I went to Balboa Hospital for Hospital Corps training right after boot camp at NTC. I thought I had gone to heaven. That particular canyon where we lived was spectacular. I'm glad to hear it's still beautiful. We took our granddaughter to see Balboa Park some years ago and I still think it outranks most parks-anywhere. The art museum is a treasure as are all of the other buildings.
